# Advanced Security Options

## Couchdrop Support Team Access

#### Allow support team access

Controls whether the Couchdrop support team can access your account when helping with troubleshooting or account assistance.

When enabled, a Couchdrop support team member can generate an access token for your account.

Disable this setting if you do not want Couchdrop support to be able to access your account.

## Advanced Protocol Options

### Async FTP uploads

Allows Couchdrop to continue uploading or syncing a large file after the FTP client has closed its connection.

This can help prevent client-side timeouts when transferring large files over FTP.

### Async SFTP uploads

Allows Couchdrop to continue uploading or syncing a large file after the SFTP client has closed its connection.

This can help prevent client-side timeouts when transferring large files over SFTP.

## Limits

### Upload file size limit

Sets the maximum file size Couchdrop will accept for an upload.

Couchdrop applies a default upload file size limit. Contact <support@couchdrop.io> if you need this limit increased.

### File list limit

Sets the maximum number of files and folders Couchdrop returns when listing a directory over SFTP, FTP, or another supported protocol.

For folders containing a large number of items, the configured limit may mean that not every file or folder is returned in the directory listing.

Contact <support@couchdrop.io> if you need this limit increased.
